Using Type in Career Conversations
WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Whether you're working with people who are choosing a career, changing a career, or looking to optimize their current career, type can play an important role in the conversation. But what role should type play, and what are the best techniques for different types when having career conversations with them? In this workshop, you'll examine what's true and not true about type and careers, explore how to use "work type" as a tool in career conversations, examine the role that type development plays in career development, and discover the do's and don'ts for having career conversations with different types.
The fee for the workshop is $300 (USD), and includes a Resource Guide with activities, resources, and tools to help bolster your career conversations using type. This workshop is limited to 15 participants and has been approved for 3 CEs for the MBTI Master Practitioner Program. Program.

Type and Change
WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
In this professional development workshop, we'll explore how you, your clients, or your participants can use type to navigate change more effectively. The workshop examines how type affects our response to change, what keeps different types stuck in the change process and what gets them moving through it, how to best support ourselves and other types through change, and how to use type when planning and implementing change.
The fee for the workshop is $200 (USD) and includes a Leader's Guide with the agenda, PPT deck, activity instructions, and script, with instructions for both virtual and in-person delivery. Type and Stress
WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Whether you'd like to deliver type and stress workshops as an additional offering in your type workshop repertoire, or simply have an interest in type and stress (or both!), this is one of the most fascinating and useful topics about type! In Part I of this workshop, you'll gain the confidence you need to understand and talk about type dynamics in a simple and useful way. In Part II of the workshop, you'll take a dive into the mechanics of type under stress, discover the stress triggers and reactions of different types, and explore ways to apply type and stress knowledge at work and at home. We'll also discuss the flow of topics and content of type and stress workshops and experience activities that show how stress actually "shows up" in different types.

In this train-the-trainer workshop, you'll get everything you need to deliver impactful type workshops to teams and leaders, either virtually or in-person! In the program, you'll learn various ways you can organize your workshop, experience activities (including using type for giving feedback, picking up on type cues in others, using type in email communication, and using type to influence others), learn how to mix and match content to best suit your participants' needs, hear tips and techniques for
facilitating activities and workshops, and have Q and A time with expert Patrick Kerwin. All activities are tried-and-true, work-focused, and have outcomes that can be put to use right away by participants.
