Type and Stress

Workshop

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

Whether you'd like to deliver type and stress workshops as an additional offering in your type workshop repertoire, or simply have an interest in type and stress (or both!), this is one of the most fascinating and useful topics about type! In Part I of this workshop, you'll gain the confidence you need to understand and talk about type dynamics in a simple and useful way. In Part II of the workshop, you'll take a dive into the mechanics of type under stress, discover the stress triggers and reactions of different types, and explore ways to apply type and stress knowledge at work and at home. We'll also discuss the flow of topics and content of type and stress workshops and experience activities that show how stress actually "shows up" in different types.

The fee for the workshop is $300 (USD) and includes a Leader's Guide with the explanations of how stress impacts type, along with an agenda, PPT deck, activity instructions, and script, with instructions for both virtual and in-person delivery. This workshop is limited to 15 participants and has been approved for 3 CEs for the MBTI Master Practitioner Program.
